  In case of guaranteed early arrival of the Guest, the Hotel holds the room from the previous day, and the Guest pays for the service in the amount of 100% of the cost of daily accommodation based on the "Basic" tariff.

  In case of an unguaranteed early arrival of the Guest, subject to a stay of at least one day, if rooms are available at the time of arrival, the Guest pays for the hours starting from the hour of actual arrival until the check-in time of the start of service (14.00 local time) in the amount of 50% of the cost of daily accommodation based on the "Basic" tariff.

  In case of a delay in the Guest's departure after the check-out time, the Guest makes a payment in the following amounts:

  • a fee of 50% of the cost of daily accommodation based on the "Basic" tariff is charged for no more than 6 hours;

  • for the period of delayed departure of 6 hours or more, a fee of 100% of the cost of daily accommodation is charged, in accordance with the current Price List, based on the "Basic" tariff;

• Is smoking prohibited?

  Starting from June 1, 2014, in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 02/23/2013 No. 15-FZ "On Protecting the Health of Citizens from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of tobacco consumption", a ban on smoking in rooms intended for the provision of hotel services comes into force. • When is the check-in and check-out time?
