Bookings shall be changed at least 24 hours before the expected date and time of arrival of individual guests and at least 7 days before the expected date of arrival of a group of guests. Changes can be made in any convenient way: in writing by email: mayak.reserve@gmail.com; orally — by phone +7 (3812) 33-03-03. In case of booking a room through Booking.com website, when check-in/check-out date is changed, the Guest is obliged to make this change independently in Booking.com system at least 24 hours before the expected check-in date.

The Guest has the right to cancel booking by notifying the Hotel about it at least one day (24 hours) prior to arrival, in any way convenient for him: in writing — by email: mayak.reserve@gmail.com; orally — by phone 8 (3812) 33-03-03. In case of booking a room through Booking.com website, when check-in/check-out date is changed, the Guest is obliged to make this change independently in Booking.com system at least 24 hours before the expected check-in date.

In case of early check-in of the Guest, subject to a stay of at least a day and availability of vacant rooms, the Guest shall pay for hours, starting from the hour of actual arrival to the estimated hour of start of service (02.00 PM local time) within the following amounts:

— in case of check-in of the Guest within period from 12.00 AM till 02.00 PM, a fee of 50% of cost of daily stay is charged in the amount based on “No breakfast” tariff

In case of the Guest staying less than a day, upon check-in from 12:00 AM and later, and check-out before check-out time (12:00 PM local time), a fee is charged for half of daily stay, according to the current Price List, based on “No breakfast” tariff.

In case of late check-out of the Guest after check-out time, the Guest shall pay within the following amounts:

— a fee of 50% of cost of daily stay is charged for no more than 6 hours based on “No breakfast” tariff;

— a fee of 100% of cost of daily stay is charged for late check-out period of 6 hours or more, according to the current Price List, based on “No breakfast” tariff;

In case of check-out of the Guest from 12:00 PM till 12:59 PM, if there are vacant rooms, the late check-out fee will not be charged.

If the Guest stays from 12.00 AM till 11.59 PM, within one calendar day (subject to check-out after 12.00 PM), the stay fee is charged for a day, according to the current Price List, based on “No breakfast” tariff. Early check-in is not charged in this case.

An estimated hour of the service start (check-in hour) is 02:00 PM local time.

Check-out hour (departure) is 12:00 PM local time.

Payment for accommodation (stay) can be made in cash at the reception, by bank transfer under a booking agreement or using bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). You can also pay for your stay on the hotel's website www.hotel-mayak.ru using a bank card and get a 10% discount on accommodation at “Guaranteed Booking” tariff.

Accommodation with pets and wild animals is prohibited in the hotel.

There are no specially equipped rooms for people with disabilities in the hotel.

Children under age of 6 (inclusive) stay at the Hotel free of charge. Breakfast for the child is paid separately according to the Price List. Accommodation in the hotel for children over 6 years old is paid in accordance with the current Price List.

Since June 1st, 2014, in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No.  15-FZ dated February 23rd, 2013. "On protection of citizens' health from effects of environment tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco smoking", a ban on smoking in rooms intended for provision of hotel services comes into force. In this regard, smoking in the building of Mayak Hotel, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. A fine for smoking will be 2,000 rubles for each day of stay. There is a smoking area outside the hotel.

On the territory of Mayak Hotel there is free unsecured ground parking for cars. Video surveillance is available.

The Guest is provided with luggage storage located on the first floor of the hotel for entire period of stay at no additional charge.

In accordance with the Rules of Accommodation at Mayak Hotel, it is prohibited to store bulky things in the room. Containers, boxes larger than 100*100*100 cm must be placed in the luggage storage room in order to ensure convenience of cleaning the room, as well as personal safety of the Guest.

Luggage storage, located on the first floor of the Hotel, is provided for storing sports equipment,

Tea and coffee stations are assembled daily at no extra charge. The following is provided: black tea bags, green tea bags, instant coffee, sugar stick.

Products placed in a minibar of the hotel room are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid separately according to the Price list at the reception. All questions regarding service of minibars in the hotel can be asked by calling intercom: 319.

A lobby bar is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. Working hours: round the clock, seven days a week. Menu includes non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, desserts, and if you wish, you can order hot and cold snacks of the restaurant menu.

Breakfast buffet is from 07:00 AM till 11:00 AM.

The hotel has "Boarding" tariff (breakfast, lunch, dinner), as well as “Half boarding” tariff (breakfast, lunch/dinner). The amount paid can be spent both for lunch and dinner. Lunches and dinners are held in "GOROD" restaurant. Working hours: from 12:00 PM till 12:00 AM, Fri-Sat: from 12:00 PM till 05:00 AM.

A gym equipped with modern exercise equipment is available 24 hours a day (at no extra charge). On the territory of Mayak Hotel there is “Babylon” cinema center. Working hours: from 10:00 AM till 02:00 AM, seven days a week. Information on booking tickets and schedule of sessions can be found on the website: https://vavilon-kino.ru/. Residing Guests receive a 20% discount upon presentation of the Guest card. Restaurant "CITY". Working hours: from 12:00 PM till 12:00 AM, Fri-Sat: from 12:00 PM till 05:00 AM. There is no specially equipped kitchen area in the hotel. We can provide a room of “Apartment” category equipped with the kitchen.

You need to register by phone number. If the registration page did not open automatically, then you should open a browser and go to 123.ru. Enter your phone number (click "envelope" icon) to receive an SMS notification with an authorization code. In this case, an SMS message comes with a 4-digit code. The code is entered in the special line, and access to the Internet is opened. Any number of devices can be registered by one phone number. Registration is required only once. On each of the next visits to the hotel, it is enough to type 123.ru in the browser to open the page and go to the Internet.

The administrator of the reception, if necessary, is ready to call an ambulance, as well as other special services, around the clock.

A ballpoint pen and notepaper is in the information folder in every hotel room. The Guest can print documents independently in the Internet room equipped with two computers and a printer. The Internet room is with round-the-clock access.
