You can come with an animal by prior arrangement. When booking, please, Please let us know your pet's type and breed, age, weight, and any important features. This will help us find the right room and make sure that accommodation is possible on the selected dates. All pets are accommodated only in specially designated rooms. Only one pet can stay in one room.
Before checking in, you must provide a veterinary passport with up-to-date vaccinations. Unfortunately, it is impossible to move in without it. There are separate conditions for guide dogs - their placement is not limited.
Accommodation with a pet is paid additionally — 1000 rubles for the entire period. An insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles is also paid in cash upon arrival. This amount will be refunded in full upon check-out, if the animal has not caused damage to property or caused interference to other guests.
We ask guests with pets to follow reasonable rules of behavior. Please take everything you need with you.:

During cleaning of the maid's room or carrying out repairs, the animal must either be temporarily removed, or kept in a cage or under control. If you leave your pet alone in the room, do not forget to inform the receptionist and put up a "Do not disturb" sign. And on the territory of the hotel, animals should always be under control.:
Dogs should be muzzled and on a leash (or in a cage)
Cats should be carried. Small breeds can be held in your arms
Birds should only be in a cage.

If the pet causes damage to the property, the owner is obliged to compensate it according to the drawn up act. All risks associated with the animal's behavior are borne by its owner.
The administration reserves the right to refuse further accommodation with the animal if serious violations occur: aggressive behavior, constant noise or other inconveniences. for the guests.
